is equipped with all modern conveniences including integrated dishwasher, washing
machine, electric oven and ceramic hob, microwave. Patio doors to a small side garden
with barbeque.
Steps from the front terrace lead down to a lower level, and further seating area,
covered for shade.
A further flight of steps lead to the 10m x 5m swimming pool, with large walk-in
steps and a spacious sunbathing terrace set with 6 sunbeds.
The villa is located in a dramatic, elevated position on the hillside of the traditional
village of Peyia . The village centre with a few tavernas and bars is less than
5 minutes by car, and the beach resort of Coral Bay can be reached within 10 minutes
drive. Coral Bay is famous for it's protected sandy beach and has many international
restaurants, bars, shops and nightclub. Paphos Town and harbour can be reached within
20 minutes drive along the coastal road with Paphos Airport approximately 30 minutes
drive from the villa. For those that wish to travel further afield, the town of
Polis, fishing marina of Latchi, the famous 'Baths of Aphrodite' and the unspoilt
Akamas Penninsular are within easy reach of the villa by car.
